What happens when you book
Installed in an afternoon
- Assessment. We visit your space (or walk it with you on video), map layout, power, and sightlines, and listen to how you want the room to feel.
- Design. We compose your light set, from fixtures and positions to colors and motion speed, tuned to the room and to you.
- Install. Typically 2–4 hours. No construction. We calibrate everything at night, with you in the room.
- Live with it. Simple controls, scenes for different moods, and our support whenever you want it adjusted.

How much does an in-home light experience cost?
Curated indoor packages start at $950 installed for the Butterfly Package, which fits rooms up to about 8 by 10 feet. Larger rooms, multi-room flows, and outdoor areas are quoted after a free assessment.
How long does installation take?
Most single-room experiences are installed and calibrated in an afternoon, typically 2 to 4 hours. There is no construction and no rewiring, and we calibrate the final scene at night with you in the room.
Do you tear up walls or ceilings?
No. Installations are non-destructive. Fixtures mount cleanly, cabling is managed discreetly, and temporary installations leave no trace when removed.
Is the moving light safe for kids and sensitive viewers?
Our design principles are slow motion, warm color, and low stimulus, with no strobe effects. For anyone with photosensitivity concerns we configure conservatively and review scenes with you during calibration.
Can I rent an experience for a night or a season?
Yes. Mobile and temporary installations bring a full sensory experience to a space for an evening, a season, or an event, then leave it exactly as we found it.
Where do you install?
We serve San Diego County from our Encinitas base, with Southern California travel by arrangement. Our fixture kits ship nationwide from the shop.
